I had the privilege of leading a team of 40 professionals with diverse skill sets in the development of Academy Toolbox. This application was designed to manage workplace attendance at Apple Developer Academy | PUC-Rio.
The team was responsible for conceptualizing, prototyping, developing, fixing, launching, and maintaining the app. As the team leader, I managed tasks between the design, programming, and business teams, while also serving as the UI designer for some of the app's features.

To ensure effective management, we divided the team into sub-groups of 3 to 6 people, each focused on specific app features. As the team lead, I was responsible for problem-solving, communication with POs and clients, managing conflicts, acting as a Scrum master and ensuring that everyone on the team had a great experience working with us.
We successfully completed the project within four months, delivering a high-quality app that exceeded our clients' expectations.
Our team created Toolbox using Swift. Currently, it is accessible on iOS devices, enabling employees to register their presence, while managers can track attendance history, and it is also available on iPadOS, serving as a panel with a screen-sharing feature for tvOS.
Our team relies solely on Academy Toolbox for our daily work attendance tracking, and I am thrilled with the results we have achieved. The app has proven to be an essential tool in our daily operations, allowing us to track our daily work hours with ease and precision.
